Breeder’s Rights & 72 Hour Warranty;

BREEDER’S RIGHTS:

Breeder’s rights is stating that if there is any health issues PRIOR to shipping or exchange or if one passes away prior to shipping or exchange that Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher has reserved the right to choose a replacement puppy if there is a health issue prior to transportation. Breeder has reserved the right to pick which puppy is the replacement, not the purchaser. If none are available at that time, new owner can either wait for the next litter or forfeit their payment already has been paid. If the new owner has refused the exchange, any and all monies paid to the breeder is forfeited. There are no refunds or exchanges for testicles or hernias or any other reason once in your possession. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher is not responsible for the expense of any surgeries, vet bills, or your compensation. If there is any fraud by the new owner to the breeder, all monies paid to Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher will be kept and no puppy will be turned over to the new owner. If I believe there is fraud I have reserved the right to make that decision. If sold as a breeder please refer to the Breeder’s Terms and Conditions.

Purchasing as a PET CONTRACT is to be followed. Refer to Terms and Condition section.

.Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC have reserved the right to have the surgery performed or not performed by my vet.

If one passes away while being transported please refer to my section of Litigation. If one passes away during any surgery by my vet I will replace at my choice when I have another one available. NO REFUNDS. If one passes away while in your possession for any reason, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

The vet issued health certification will be issued and if this SALE is over the weekend and the vet is closed, you will have to wait till Monday when my vet is open to receive one. I will NOT allow you to have any of my puppies without a Vet issued Health Certificate. If you state to me that you don’t need one then our conversation will stop and you will not be allowed to own one of my puppies.

Again please keep in mind that Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC are not responsible or liable for any vet bills, expenses, fees, compensation for your loss at any given time. I will not reimburse you for anything at any given time. Any disputes that are filed thru Square/Venmo/Cash App/or Financed Company, this will be submitted as evidence stating you were notified and you agreed when making the deposit or any payments.

Health Guarantee 72 HOURS ONLY!!

72 hours is to make sure you are following my rules to take your puppy to the vet for a check up, anything after 72 hrs is void. 72 hours will start when puppy has been delivered by Ground/Air Companies or you have picked your puppy up from me. If you have an alternate person receiving the puppy, that will be the start of the time frame.

1. It will be up to us, the breeders, to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new home. Usually at the age of 8-10 weeks but never sooner than 8 weeks old. Most of them are starting around 9 weeks when they are leaving. They will have 4,6, and 8 week vaccines, worming and microchip, fecal, as well as health check before leaving . Sometimes more vaccines are provided if they are older puppies that I have available.

2. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. This is a NO REFUND/EXCHANGE SALE once you have received your puppy. AS IS whether this is sold as a PET or a Breeder, same rule applies.

3. The puppy will be up to date on shots and worming at the time of pick up of the puppy. It is very important that you continue the vaccinations and worming. Please do not expose your puppy to pet stores,, dog parks etc and other dogs that are not vaccinated until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule – around 16-20 weeks old.

4. The puppy will have been vet checked and deemed in good health at the time of sale.

5. The buyer WILL NEED to have the puppy examined by a Licensed Vet within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. No later time frame will be accepted.

6. Documentation must be sent to the breeder within TEN (10) days in order to confirm your puppy has been seen. This will be in a letter head by your vet to be emailed to me at diann@kocherscorgis.com. Anything sent after the tenth day will not be accepted. NO exceptions or excuses will be allowed. NONE.

7. Take your vaccine record that I have provided to you within your 72 hour health visit. No excuses why you can not schedule this within 72 hours after the puppy has been delivered. You are made aware when you purchase your puppy this in the contract so there are NO extensions or excuses for any reason. Any request will be denied. This is your responsibility not mine. Even if it falls on a Holiday or a weekend, NO excuses or exceptions why you could not get an appt.

8. NO euthanizing allowed under this time frame of 72 hours.

The 72 hours to get to your vet WILL NOT be EXTENDED for any reason. You receive your contract in time to set up your appt and if the contract if being signed when we are meeting in person then I will let you know about this in our messages that you have a 72 hr time frame to get your puppy to your vet of your choice for a check up to make sure the puppy is not stressing out from the travel or exchanged to a new family and home. If you ask for me to extend it, you will be referred back to either the website or to review your contract. I will NO LONGER be making any exceptions.

For Breeders and for puppies that are sold NOT fixed:

DNA WITH AKC:

At my discretion if I feel the need to I will be sending in the DNA to AKC to be on record if I feel the need to do so. Once I have the profile number I will provide it to you if this is a breeder sale. This is a record showing this corgi is on record with AKC for their DNA with any offspring it may produce. This is my way to track any offspring that is approved and not approved. PETS are NOT APPROVED to be MATED. Breeders are ONLY to be MATED to another PUREBRED PAPERED PEMBROKE, NOTHING ELSE AND CAN NOT BE A NON PAPER PEMBROKE EVEN IF ITS A PUREBRED. MY RULES.

DNA outside testing labs:

AKC does not recognize these testing labs. Since I go by AKC neither do I. When I state DNA that is the DNA sent into AKC to recognize the parents NOT which percentage of the dog is. I do not believe in them. When I am purchasing my own new lines I myself is relying on the breeder to be truthful. We trust that breeder so if they ever lie or was lie to them by their breeder, we will never know.

If you do not agree with my TERMS AND CONDITIONS and file a dispute to get your funds back, my BREEDER’S RIGHTS will be submitted into evidence that you were advised of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS this is a NONREFUNDABLE SALE at any given time.
