HEALTH WARRANTY;

Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher does not warranty against DM, PRA, VWD, EIC, CERF, HIPS, KNEES, AND ELBOWS DEFECTS, hip dysplasia, overbites/underbites (we, Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher will not pay for any vet bills to the new owner or to the new owner’s vet for this correction for the over bites, I sell pet quality companions, even sold as a breeder we will not exchange or refund for this condition), or any other kind of defect. Cancer, Kidney, Heart, Lungs, Liver, Spine issues for example, any type of diseases, and any type of medical/health issues we will not be responsible for due to some of this can happen later in life. Unfortunately life happens and there is no guarantee this will not happen to your corgi. Just love them. I do not warranty against seizures, nerve conditions, nerve disorders, or neuropathic pain. I do not have a congenital warranty however our parents tested for are DM, VWD, PRA, EIC, & Length (length is not a health issue so I will only test certain breeders as I see fit). The stress of shipping and separation will reduce the immune system. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher does not warranty against STRESS and normal puppy hood ailments such as roundworms, pin worms, whip worms, hook worms, heart worms, tapeworms, ring worms, fleas, sores from fleas, lice (dead or alive), hair loss or thinning hair,  sores from lice, ticks, ear mites, ear infections, dry skin, sores from other puppies chewing on them, cherry eyes, tear duck blockage or tear stains discoloration as these at time can be unpreventable. I will not be responsible for any vet bills or your expenses covering any ailments mentioned above or anything else. I am proactive in the health care of all of our Corgis. Each has received up to date immunizations and preventive treatments for worms, giardia, and coccidia. However, all puppies are considered high risk for coccidia and giardia and other intestinal bacteria and parasites, and preventive treatment is no guarantee that none of these issues will appear. These are often brought on by the stress of shipping, a new home and environment, a diet change, new people and playmates, a change in climate, etc. These health issues are not generally serious (even when some blood &/or mucus shows up in the stool) and are easily treated, and this guarantee does not cover the cost of treatment for any of these conditions. All vet and any other expenses that may arrive are at the new owner’s expense when they receive the puppy. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher recommends that on your vet’s visit you have your vet do a fecal smear, exam, or float, Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher is not responsible for the cost of your visit or testing. The stress of transportation can trigger these symptoms which new owners will be responsible for getting them the proper care at the new owner’s expense and breeder is not held responsible or liable for any vet expenses or medicine. Fecal smears, exam, or float will show up if the puppy is stressing out from the new environment or being transported. Your vet will know then what to do for stress. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher does not warranty that your puppy will not come down with PARVO OR PARVO 2, or any symptoms that may arise like parvo. Please remember that I provide the puppies their last DAPPv vaccine right before they leave us and if your vet does an in house test for PARVO right after you have received your baby or even a week later, it will test positive. That is because it’s just like humans, you are given the actual disease to fight off in the future. The ONLY TRUE TEST for parvo IS NOT an in house test, these needs to be sent out to an outsourcing lab. If you try to even tell me your puppy has PARVO and the proper test called PCR was not performed and was not sent out to an outsourcing lab, unfortunately I will not believe you. As far as I have been advised that there is NO vaccination for PARVO 2. the vaccinations for PARVO 1 will not kill the virus. Even giving the puppies the right amount of vaccines before they leave us can STILL get PARVO, especially if you do not keep up with the vaccines. PARVO can be beat, never ever give up and let the vet put your puppy to sleep. It’s a known fact that it can be beat either one PARVO 1 OR PARVO 2. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher can only give the preventive medicines that are available to us to try to stop this disease. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher vaccinates our puppies as per vet recommendations; however, we are not responsible for any vet’s or your personal cost that may arise due to this disease. We provide them with the DAPPv vaccines that we our vet recommends. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher, are not responsible for any Vet bills of any kind or at any given time for any reason or any expense that the new owners may have. Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher, if our vet passes a puppy for health and your vet finds it not in good health, we are not responsible for our vet’s health exam misdiagnoses or passing a puppy. Refer to the 72 hr Health that states NO exchange or refund policy.  This is an as is sale. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES.

There is no warranty that your female puppy will not have a hernia. Even males can get hernias. If a hernia was found by your vet we will NOT pay to have it repaired by your vet this is to be on the spayed and neuter contracts
