FINANCING THRU TERRACE PETS;
Please read before you apply. I was just now informed:
If you are financed through American First Finance there will be an additional fee of 15% added to the total purchase price which can include travel if needed. American First just added this expense. Plus there maybe another small fee of around 7% or so that they will charge by them not me. Unfortunately I am not able to eat the cost of the 15% they charge so this will be added if you are financed through them. You can take the total amount due and add 15% is what you would have to have financed plus their small fee which that you would pay them not me. This is not my doing this is theirs. They now only finance puppies up to 12 months instead of 24 months. This is active as of 06/27/2023.

HOWEVER DUE TO AVAILABILITY PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST TO MAKE SURE I HAVE THAT PUPPY AVAILABLE AND I WILL STILL HAVE TO APPROVE YOU FIRST BY SUBMITTING MY QUESTIONNAIRE. MY QUESTIONNAIRE IS LISTED ON MY WEBSITE AND MUST BE SUBMITTED. ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED THE QUESTIONNAIRE I WILL REVIEW IT AND WILL LET YOU KNOW IF I HAVE APPROVED IT. YOU WILL ONLY HAVE 24 HOURS TO SUBMIT THE FORM TO TERRACE PETS FINANCING DEPT DUE TO OTHERS ARE INQUIRING ON PUPPIES TO AND YOU MAY ALL BE INQUIRING ON THE SAME PUPPY. IT IS FIRST COME FIRST RECEIVES THE PUPPY AS LONG AS ALL IS APPROVED IN TIMELY MATTER.
IF YOU HAVE LIED ON YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE OR LATER IN OUR CONVERSATIONS OR I FIND OUT INFO I WILL CANCEL THE SALE AND THE CONTRACT. THE NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL STAY AS A NONREFUNDABLE DUE TO BEING DISHONEST.
Here are the steps if you find a puppy you like:
1. Send me a PM to make sure the puppy is still available. I do keep my posts updated but now and then I do get busy.
2. Submit a questionnaire. Once submitted I will review it and let you know if I have approved you.

Please remember even thou you may get approve thru Terrace Pets you still need to be approved by me for the sale. If you get approved and I do not approve you I will contact the Finance company to have it canceled. It will be their decision on how they handle your contract but all approvals for ownership must be approved by me. NO exceptions.
KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels is now setting up financing thru Terrace Pets so you will be able to purchase our bundle of Joy. This is NOT KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels Financing company, we are just going thru a company that will try to get you Financed. KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels is NOT responsible for the company we use nor will we be held reliable for their actions. This is just like any other company you go thru to get a loan. Whatever Terrace Pets decision is KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels will up hold about approving you or declining you. What information exchange is between Terrace Pets and you NOT KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels. IF you are solely basing this sale off of getting approve and you put down a NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and then DO NOT get approved or if you get pre approved and something happens they have a reason to change their minds then the NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is just that no refunds. Whatever they use to determine their reason for approval or denial we will stand by them Terrace Pets. You must have other means to pay for the balance if the fiances are NOT approved.
I will NOT be contacting Terrace Pets on your behalf to see why it did not go thru. That is between you and them not KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels.
Finance charges will all be calculated thru the Finance company. KPPK LLC/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/Diann Kocher has nothing to do with the Finance charges and the Finance charges are never in my prices ever.
After you have inquired I will only give you 24 hours to submit your application to Terrace Pets for approval of Financing. If you put it off and do it later as the breeder I have reserved the right to go onto the next person. If you do get approved and I do not have that puppy anymore due to your not following the time frame I have allowed then I will show you another litter I have if I have one. So in other words do not wait around pass the 24 hour time limit I have set forth because if you do and I do not have any more puppies available after you got approved then I can contact the company explaining what had happened. It will be between them and you how the contract between you two would go.
You must be totally approved to be able to do this. I will be able to receive notices if you have been approved or have been denied. There will be NO backing out of the contract or the Fiances.
The ONLY way you will be denied by me after you have been approved and is in a contract with the Fiance company and KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels is IF I find out anything that is NOT right with the sale. If I have a gut feeling you LIED about the purpose of this puppy and who is purchasing it I will turn over all our conversations to the Fiance company so show them my reason of backing out of the contract. The ONLY person who is allowed to back out is KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels NOT the buyer. Any false info that is filled out on the questionnaire or in our conversations can be determine as a NO SALE and your NONREFUNDABLE deposit is just that NONREFUNDABLE. I will deny the sale even in a contract if I feel the need to. Theses are my puppies and I will determine who is right for them to go to.
If you are approved there will be NO disputes allowed with the Fiance company or thru KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels.
The contract you sign or even my website is my contract if you refuse to sign my contract. Refusing to sign the contract is sign to me the sale will be denied even if you were approved with the Fiance company.
What is ONLY allowed to be Financed:
Available puppies that are listed and are available now. NO FUTURE LITTERS ARE ALLOWED.
The actual cost of the puppy minus the nonrefundable deposit amount. Those are thru Venmo and Square which will have a processing fee attached to them.
The travel: Flight/Ground/ or me traveling up to 6 hours to meet one way from Joplin Mo. My travel to the airport. Crate if flown only, NO crate for ground or me traveling to meet. KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels will decide on how the puppy will travel not the new owner.
Nanny Services are allowed to be Financed however if they have an extra fee after you got Financed that the company I used added on then that will not allowed to be added to the Financed. You will have to pay the additional amount thru Venmo or Square. I have not had this happen yet but I was made aware that some companies for the Nanny will charge an additional amount and that we do not know till they have purchased their own ticket for the pet is what I was advised. So be prepared for an additional amount if you pick Nanny, I was advised like $100 as an example.
Nothing else will be allowed to be Financed.
What is NOT allowed to be Financed:
NO CANADA SALES.
NO FUTURE LITTERS All pets sales they are fixed. Males are neutered by my vet and females are spayed by you unless they are already done prior to leaving me.
Nonrefundable Deposits of any kind.
NO CASH SALES.
Pre approval for sales outside of the 30 days of receiving the puppy. Can not apply till the puppy is 30 days out from leaving. That is my rule.
Processing fees for Venmo or Square. NO processing fees are ever financed.
Any Fees & Expenses or Litigations WILL NOT be allowed to be Financed for example: If there is any legal fees or going to court over breaking my contract as a breeder or not spaying your female per contract and I have to take you to court. THIS IS NOT to be apart of the Finance.
Waiting list:
You can NOT be pre approved for any Fiances due to many reasons. Traveling is NOT determined until AFTER the puppy has been picked which you can be on the waiting list for a while waiting for them to be born. Once the puppy has been picked that is when I will find out how much and how we are going to exchange the puppy. There are two Nonrefundable deposits to be paid which are thru Venmo or Square not Financed. The puppy price is ONLY set in stone for first litter offered then the next 5 litters offered is at what I decided to go by. The only time you can try to get financed is AFTER you have picked your puppy and it is 30 days out for exchange.
IF you changed your mind that you want a different puppy after you get finance that is NOT allowed. My contracts states you are not allowed to change your mind once picked so please make sure that is your puppy you want for sure. If you can not get Financed that is not a reason for backing out and breaking the contract. Please have other sources available.
Surgeries as in Hernias for example, if you ask me to have it repaired and I would agree then you pay that thru Venmo or Square plus fees. But again I do not like them to be repaired till they are a few months older so that will probably be a NO. I will refer you to have your own vet do the procedure. NO future surgeries.
Dog Food: If I offer to bring a bag of dog food which is a 40# bag that will not be financed. That is CASH only.
Your flight expense to travel here as a pick up is NOT allowed to be in the Financed. Traveling back home with the puppy either thru your transportation or as a carrying on under your seat will not be allowed to be Financed. I DO NOT allow you to set up for cargo transportation on an airline. There are NO overseas sales, Hawaii sales, or Puerto Sales but if you are from Alaska or Canada and wish to purchase one of my puppies your travel here to Tulsa Oklahoma and return flight, hotel expense for the night, car rental, soft crate for the puppy to be flown in under your seat on the plane, the puppy’s cost of flight, misc for the puppy, your own food expenses while here, fuel for your rental car, anything to do with the trip. ALL ARE NOT to be Financed.
IF we are in a contract for a flight/ground/or I traveling and you have decided NOT to fly/go ground or meet but to come here to Joplin MO instead as a pick up in person and you are already been approved for Fiance, you may come here but the price is already in the contract for that price you were approved for so it would be at your lost due to you changed your mind NOT the breeder. No disputes will be allowed due to your changing. Breeder has the right to change if we need to due to weather or timing. Travel can be 3 ways: Flight, Ground, or me bringing the puppy so far. Travel is NOT you coming to Joplin MO as a pick up.
Your travel here, your food expense, your gas to come here, your staying the night somewhere while traveling, car rental if you have to rent one, all IS NOT to be in the Financed amount.
Late fees for NOT returning the contract or Late fees for not making the payment on time will NOT be Financed. Those are paid thru Venmo or Square which processing fees will be applied to. KPPK LLC/Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels will determine how much the late fees will be and will be PAID on the day the invoice is sent out. If there is a delay in paying those late fees, there can be more in late fees added and if this is not paid prior to the puppy leaving then boarding fees can be applied and be paid. If this is a continue issue the sale will be null and voided. All conversations will be sent to the Finance company showing why I have denied this sale and the nonrefundable deposit is that nonrefundable.
ANY FUTURE EXPENSES OF THE PUPPY: Your vet exams, future vaccines, anything to do with a vet or care, surgeries, insurance on a puppy, house training, training of any kind, normal expenses. ANYTHING to do with raising a puppy is YOUR expense and is NOT apart of the Finances for this puppy.
If you are approved by me to be able to breed one of my puppies, you are not allowed to Finance anything to do with the breeding or raising your puppies thru here. Breeding is to be followed by a strict contract.
Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/ breeder Diann Kocher has the right to modify, edit, delete or change terms, conditions, and/or prices at given time with or without notice.
