Payments are processed only thru Square/Venmo/Cash App/Financed through Terrace Pets. All payments except cash will have a processing fee if applicable. Fees are not deducted from any prices given. There is a fee to process all payments. We now also offer Financing thru Terrace Pets. 

PRICES CAN CHANGE AT ANY GIVEN TIME AT MY DISCRETION. ONLY A NONREFUNDABLE WILL LOCK IN THE PRICE.  NO SET PRICES ON ANY OF MY LITTERS. To view prices please go to my Prices for Puppy section.

I am going to start to offer a 30-day free coverage through MetLife Health Insurance. I have NOT started this yet so this is not offered as of today but I am checking it out.

ALL PUPPIES will be SPAYED AND NEUTER CONTRACT to be followed or penalties will be applied and paid to the breeder. The ONLY exception will be if you become a APPROVED BREEDER then the Terms and Conditions in “To Become a Breeder of One of my Puppies” will be followed. If NO contracts are followed you will be subject to court costs and the Fees & Expenses section for amounts owed to the Breeder Diann Kocher/KPPK LLC/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels. I may at any time have different prices on other sites but my website states these prices which this is what I will stand by. If I am running sales on other sites that is my call. Breeders are NOT allowed to purchase at pet price EVER! If you lie to me in any part of a conversation or in the questionnaire, I will fine you up to $5000.00 plus court costs. Refer to the litigation section where court would be held. 

AKC PAPERS: I have reserved to the right to sell with or with out the LIMITED “PET” AKC paper. If sold with the LIMITED “PET” AKC paper, once you have provided me the proper documentation that I request then I will either email you or mail you the AKC paper so you may register your PET with AKC. NO documentation then you will be charged as a penalty for breaking the contract and to be paid to the breeder asap. If not paid then a suit will follow. Yes these are AKC but it is my right if I wish to sell with or with out papers. IF sold as a breeder you will receive the AKC paper in a timely matter.

Pet Sales are a neuter/spayed sale only. If I feel there is any fraud of buying a puppy from me I have reserved the right to go ahead and have them fixed prior to receiving one and you will be charged for the service plus any fees to taking care of them while in recovery. IF the new owner does not pay for the fees this will result in a suit filed and you will be responsible for any court or attorney fees. No puppy till paid, also this may result in boarding fees. This is due to too many people are being dishonest with the breeder of their true intent to own one of my puppies. I may also cancel the sale with out any refund if there is any fraud during any time of the sale. The only time the puppy will not be fixed is if we are in a contact sold as an approved breeder by me. NO REFUNDS EITHER SO DON’T TRY THIS!!!

Males are to be neuter PRIOR to their 1st birthday or before they become active in breeding which can take place around 7 months old. NO breeding is allowed in any pet sales…..NONE!

Females are to be spayed PRIOR to their 1st heat cycle or 1st birthday whichever one comes first. Active heat cycle for breeding can take place around 8 months old. NO breeding in any pet sales……NONE!

From this day forward ALL of my puppies UNLESS you purchase as a Breeder will be in a SPAYED and NEUTER contract. IF one passes away during a procedure at any age there is no refund or exchanges due to I have no clue what your vet did wrong or what went wrong to cause their death. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on either gender. Contract will be followed or you will be subject to fines and court costs if contract is broken. The ONLY female that is not to be spayed or a male to be neutered is one purchased as breeder and a contract for breeding will be signed by both of us. Contracts are not on my website. NO contracts are not sent out prior to getting an approval by me or a deposit. Purchasing as a breeder MUST be by MY approval ONLY. This is no longer as a recommendation but an actual Spayed and Neuter. I am doing this because I am seeing way to many people are going behind the breeders back and making a AKC LIMITED registration puppy as a FULL registration in another registration. Only if you purchased as a APPROVED BREEDER BY ME then you will receive the Full registration paper.  These are AKC puppies. If you do not follow thru there are penalties, see fees & expenses.  REMEMBER THIS IS AN AS IS SALE AND NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. I am seeing way to may people lately deceiving the breeder and ruining this breed. 

To purchase as a Breeder you will submit my Breeders questionnaire and I will be screening you. You must pass my screening to be able to purchase one as a breeder. IF you state you want one as a pet, Males and Females will be fixed by the age I will state in our contract and this will be at your expense not the breeders. ALL PET contracts will be a Spayed and Neuter contract, no exceptions. To be a breeder of my puppy you must be a USDA and a State License Kennel.  I may at my discretion allow an Hobby breeder if they are in good standing and I can verify them. If you purchase any as approved breeder by me, you are not allowed to breed them till they are over a year old. If you breed them before that will be breaking the contract. It’s not allowed. 

Even if you are in a Contract with me for my “Paid Waiting list” to pick on this will STILL apply to the Spayed and Neuter. NO waiting lists for any puppies to be sold as a Breeder.

If you are wanting to purchase as a Breeder of course this will not apply to you but you will still be screened before I allow any of my babies to become breeders. One strict rule I have as to be able to breed my puppies is that it has to be mated to an AKC PAPERED Purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi and nothing else. I do not believe in cross breeding. I ONLY promote PUREBRED and Genetic sound Pembroke Corgis. I will NOT cross.

Refer to my Fees & Expenses section if you break the contract also Litigations section for breaking the contract and where the court would be held at.  

If you breed please be aware of the penalty that will be paid. NO breeding means just what it means…NO BREEDING ALLOWED. I am very strict on this and I take this very seriously.  Review TO BECOME A BREEDER OF ONE OF MY PUPPIES TERMS AND CONDITONS if you wish to breed one of my puppies. 

DO NOT even try to go around this and try it.

FLIGHT/GROUND TRAVEL Refer to the Fees & Expenses section for prices: 

Please keep in mind if the outside temps are over 85 degrees we will not be able to fly on the date I have chosen to fly so another day will be picked by the breeder due to temps. Be prepared and if I have to switched to ground then the day of meeting them, the time, and location will be determined by them, not me or you. If the temps are any where from 81 to 85 degrees for that day, as the breeder I may choose to cancel that flight and pick another day for flight. This is for the safety of my puppies. Sorry but my puppies will come over any inconvenience this may caused, I will not send them on a plane knowing the temps can rise and they can get stuck at the airport so please be prepared in this time of the season. This is how the ground transportation works and ground will not come with a crate, they do not have room for it.  Ground transportation company will leave on certain days of the month which the days they have is out of my control for picking.  If you can not make it make arrangements for another person as a pick up from the ground transportation, ID has to be presented or you will NOT receive your puppy. You are on their time for meeting and where at so be prepared to travel and to meet them any hours of the day or night. Please keep in mind that if we have to pick an airport that is hours from you and that is are only option then that is what we will pick. This is NOT a new owners decision, this is a Breeders decision to make the right choice for your Puppy so be ready to travel and I will NOT reimbursed you for any expenses for you to travel to get your puppy of any kind. 

From now on, ALL SALES WILL BE PAID PRIOR to me traveling or flying PERIOD thru Square, Venmo, Cash App, or Financed through Terrace Pets and it must go thru as paid and not be a pending sale. NO MORE cash transactions unless we are meeting locally and that is me only traveling to Joplin Mo. Any where else you will be paying in full before I start to travel and you will be responsible for the processing fee of the final payment. This is for the safety of my family and me.  If you ask to pay in cash the sale will be void and you will lose your nonrefundable deposit you just paid along with the sale of your puppy.  Do not ask.

IF I travel to meet this is at Breeder’s discretion for price and what the puppy will come with as far as vaccines/crate/etc. If you advised me that you prefer for me not to provide them a Rabies vaccine and they are 12 weeks and older your request is denied.  I will not travel past 6 hours to meet, see Fees & Expenses section. It will be up to the breeder on how we will do the exchange whether it be flight, travel ground, or me bringing the puppy. This is not up to the new owner. 

Please note:

If your final payment can not be processed, there are boarding and late fees will be paid prior to any flight or ground is taken place.  NOTE: If you puppy was Financed Boarding fees are NOT included in the Financing. 

PLEASE REMEMBER:

When inquiring and speaking to me about certain puppies to please keep in mind that there are other people who are inquiring at the same time. Remember its first person who puts the deposit down. Even if we are speaking about the puppy.  Any travel expenses are never included in the actual prices of the puppies.

What your puppy will receive:

This is a neuter and spayed contract sale. NO BREEDING OR SHOWING IS ALLOWED.  NO exceptions unless we are in a breeding contract. 

Grandparents and Parents are Genetic tested by me or the previous breeders I have purchased from, I go by parentage.

Tails docked and dewclaws have been removed by our vet

What I provide NOT by my vet:

Vaccines/De Wormed/ Medications/Heartworm Prevention pill/Flea/Tick Prevention Pill in season only/Micro Chipping as a curiosity. If your chip in not found, we will NOT replace it nor will we pay you for another one to be implanted.

Vet Health paper by my vet.

Puppies are vet checked by the time they are 8 weeks old or older. WILL TAKE THEM FOR THEIR VET CHECK BUT THIS IS ONLY A VET CHECK

Rabies vaccine if they are 12 weeks and older.

Crate if flown, if flown with a Nanny service NO CRATE

If sold as pets when inquiring, NO pedigrees will be provided a head of the sale. If you purchase as a breeder, you may purchase the pedigree then thru AKC. I will not sit and go thru all the pedigrees. Please do not ask for me to do so. I will turn you down.

PER Contracts/ sales are now are written as PET ONLY NO AKC REGISTRATION PAPER, unless we are in a contract for a Full Registration.  Please do not ask for your contract before you have made your nonrefundable deposit. You will be referred to the Terms and Conditions section on my website.  These are AKC babies. FULL registration is NO longer allowed as stated above unless I have chosen my self to sell as one. Prices and photos will be determined when they are about 3 weeks old or older. I have reserved the right to charge whatever price I chose to charge at the time they are born. I do not have a set price.

I, Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC, have reserved the right to modify, change, delete, add to the post at any given time or even the amounts/package deals if any or offered.  I have also reserved the right to change the price of the puppy at any given time or to add transportation into the sale price of the puppy.  If I have already sold you a puppy and I then change my prices or package deals for transportation for other buyers, this will not apply to our sale between us.  What I have contracted between us is our price and our terms and conditions and will not apply to my new prices or sales. I have reserved the right to price my babies due to what the market is doing. Also if you have purchase a puppy in the past please do not expect the same price you paid for the last puppy. My prices do go up and down. If you refer someone to me, what you paid for your puppy will not be the same what I will offer them at. Please do not quote them a price if asked. Thank you
