My Rule:
NONE of my Corgis are allowed to be bred to another breed of a Corgi as in mixed or as a Cardigan or in a totally different breed. You will never be able to mix breed my Corgi to anything ever. This Corgi CAN ONLY be bred/mated to another Purebred PAPERED AKC Welsh Corgi that has been Genetic tested and is a Clear on certain Genetics that will be discussed between us. If you state your Corgi is Clear on certain Genetics and I find out differently then you are breaking the contract, refer to Fees & Expenses Section along with Litigation. You can NOT paper this Corgi with any other registration. If I have papered it with another registration it is to stop people from going behind other breeders back getting them register so they can do mix breeding which is breaking the contract. I will ONLY provide you the AKC Full registration paper for your Corgi so you may have AKC litters per contract. Again just as a reminder that this Corgi you are purchasing from me can not be PAPERED TO ANOTHER REGISTRATIONS, BRED TO ANOTHER BREED OF ANY KIND OR A MIXED CORGI (WHICH IS CALLED MANY NAMES) OR A CARDIGAN. CAN NOT PRODUCE NON PAPER LITTERS. MUST BE ONLY AKC NOTHING ELSE.
If you purchase any as approved breeder by me, you are not allowed to breed them till they are over a year old. If you breed them before that will be breaking the contract. It’s not allowed.
Breeders are NOT allowed to purchase at pet price EVER! If you lie to me in any part of a conversation or in the questionnaire, I will fine you up to $5000.00 plus court costs. Refer to the litigation section where court would be held.
Before I allow any purchasing of my puppies I will ask you what is your intentions on breeding my puppy to as in breed and genetics. What are the Genetic results of your other Pembroke Purebred Welsh Corgis? I will ask for proof of your testing results to view. If you can not supply them or you have not done any genetic testing on any of your Purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgis, then I will flat out deny the sale. I promote Genetic testing and to know how to test. NO CROSSING, NO REGISTRATION OF ANY OTHER KIND BUT AKC, NO NON PAPERED LITTERS. Yes I am strict! Any breaking my contract and not following the rules will result in the Fees & Expenses plus Litigation. If you do not pass for one as a breeder you will not be able to purchase one as a pet because I will already know your intentions and they are a spayed and neuter contract when purchased as a pet. Also to be a breeder of my puppy you must be a USDA and a State License Kennel. If you state you are a USDA and State this information will be checked out and confirmed it is correct. It will be at my discretion to sell to a NON USDA/STATE breeder.
BREAKING THE CONTRACT:
IF YOU BREED YOUR CORGI YOU PURCHASED FROM ME AND IS NOT BY THE CONTRACT THEN I WILL FINE YOU. MY WEBSITE AND MY CONTRACTS DO GO HAND IN HAND MEANING WHAT I PUT ON MY WEBSITE WILL ALSO BE AS MY WRITTEN CONTRACT TOO.
IF you do, that is breaking the contract and you will be fined and will be taking to court here in Jasper County Mo in the amount of $5000.00 for breaking contract. $2000.00 for every off spring that was produced that was NOT by the contract. $100.00 for every DNA sample if I have to get them from you as proof. My court cost to take you to court. Any misc that comes up. These are my fines.
What I DO NOT ALLOW:
This Corgi you are purchasing from me CAN NOT go into a Co Ownership with anyone else. This Corgi will be papered in your name ONLY. I don’t think people realize but when we get our AKC inspections at our home they ask to see our records and who I have sold this puppy to so if you are changing the name on the AKC paper which IS BREAKING OUR CONTRACT AND IS SUBJECT TO PENALTY ABOVE that is a RED flag to AKC.
NONE of my puppies are to be placed in a Guardian home, Re Sold, Re Home, or given away to anyone. Owning a pet is just like owning a child, they are your fur babies. Know what you are getting into BEFORE you make this long time commitment. This is a life you are taking on. If you do not honor this you are breaking the contract, fees can be applied.
FULL REGISTRATION MEANS:
Full AKC registration simply means that one of our Corgi pups is being sold with full AKC breeding rights and that IF any puppies are produced, when he/she is mated to another full (MEANING PUREBRED NOT MIXED) AKC registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi, are eligible for AKC registration.
WHAT DOES FULL REGISTRATION INCLUDE:
You are purchasing my rights to be able to breed your puppy to another AKC register PWC WHICH MUST BE A PUREBRED PEMBROKE PAPERED CORGI BUT there is NO GUARANTEE this puppy will produce or place in a show. This simply means you can register your future litter IF one is produce. This is what FULL REGISTRATION means by me the breeder. There are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS when buying as a breeder or as a show dog if you have any future problems of them not being able to go into heat naturally or any medical procedure to make them go into heat, produce, sterile, inverted, future defective babies, place in a show, etc. ANYTHING PERTAINING TO BREEDING OR SHOWING OR HEALTH IS NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, I can not predict the future if these will be able to produce. If you are purchasing a male as a breeder, during the health check our vet will check for the testicles and let us know if they are down, once you have the male in your possession and your vet does not find them there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Our vet found them at the time of his check up and once the baby leaves our home we are not responsible or be held liable for anything or expenses. See below for hernias.
Once my vet has inspected them and gave them an all clear I will let you know but again I will not do an exchange or refund if your vet finds something else after my vet’s exam. I stand by my vet and only my vet’s findings not yours. If there is a hernia with either sex this is not a reason for an exchange, hernia repairs are at the new owner’s expense if one occurs. If our vet misses any hernias on either sex and your vet finds one, there are no exchanges or refunds. I will not take the word from any other vet but only our own for any situation. There are no refunds or exchanges if you’re female can not produce or is inverted or will not go into heat. We will not be responsible for any fees for your vet or your expenses if your female has to be AI to get pregnant or any other procedures for her to try to get pregnant. Once you have your baby and if you’re female are sterile, if she cannot produce, if she produces defective babies, Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/Diann Kocher/KPPK LLC will not refund nor exchange your female. You are only buying my rights to be able to try to breed or show your baby, this is NO guarantee that she will produce or will have healthy babies what so ever. Any type of hernia is NOT a reason for an exchange or a refund. Will not be honored. Any type of testicle issue AFTER you have received your puppy is NOT a reason for an exchange or refund. Again will NOT be honored.
There are 4 ways for your female to mate: Even if you female is inverted there are always ways to mate.
One: A natural mating with your male. Sometimes an aggressive male will help.
Two: Regular AI (Artificial Insemination)
Three: Transcervical Insert (the vet will insert the semen directly to the cervix)
Fourth: Surgical (The vet will implant the sperm in the uterus).
NO Square/Venmo/Cash APP or Finance disputes will be allowed, by making a nonrefundable deposit/payments for a FULL REGISTRATION PUPPY, you have agreed to my terms and conditions. If you wish to come and pick up your puppy from us the price is STILL the same. NO LESS. Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC have reserved the right NOT to have our vet perform any surgeries on your puppy.
FULL REGISTRATION SALE:
Absolutely NO guarantees or warranties. Purchasing Full registration from me is allowing you thru AKC to paper your puppy as a Full registration. This does not mean they will produce or breed. If a male does not have both testicles at the time of our vet’s inspection I will offer a replacement when breeder has one available and I have reserved the right to re sale the puppy that we are under a contract for. You will have to wait until the breeder has another one to offer and it will be at breeder’s picking of the new baby not the person who is in the contract. If your vet finds a testicle issue after you have received your male baby there are no exchanges or refunds, I only go by my vet’s word not yours. NO refunds will be given if you have to wait for a future male and you wish not to wait. No refunds for a male or female if hernias are found. Hernias are not apart of the exchange or refund. NO refunds for defective breeding or they are not able to breed and produce. No warranties for showing. Again you are only buying my right thru AKC to paper your puppy and any future puppies and NOTHING ELSE. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES..NONE. Review the section of what is allowed to mate with and what is NOT.
Breeder’s rights is stating that if there is any health issues PRIOR to shipping or exchange or if one passes away prior to shipping or exchange that Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC/Diann
PURCHASING AS A BREEDER/SHOWING:
NO warranties, guarantees, refunds or exchanges.
You are only purchasing my rights to be able to say these are AKC babies if you male or female are able to mate with another AKC PUREBRED PEMBROKE PAPERED corgi and the right to show in AKC classes. If the male or female is sterile, inverted, produces defective babies, having problems mating, problems giving birth, not coming into heat, not being interested in breeding, ANYTHING that pertains to being able to bred or show there are NO warranties NO guarantees NO refunds NO exchanges offered or given. Please remember you are only purchasing my rights and that is all you are purchasing.
If you future breeder male or female throws hernias or testicles issues not dropping for example in their future puppies there is no exchange and no refund. NO guarantee what so ever that this will not happen. We will check them over before they leave us by our vet but NO guarantee that the future puppies they have will not have this issues. That is a chance we all take as purchasing as a breeder. If your puppy that you purchased as a breeder develops hernia or testicles issues after you have received your puppy there is NO refund or exchange. There is NO guarantee for any type of genetics that may arise with the future litter or the male/female I just sold you, NONE.

I, the breeder and customer are in an agreement for FULL REGISTRATION, this is not a guarantee for breeding or showing. This is not a guarantee that if purchased as a breeder they will produce or place in a show. This is the ONLY purpose of purchasing my rights thru AKC and NOTHING else. I, Diann Kocher/Kochers Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC is NOT responsible for any vet bills that you may occur during breeding or giving birth or anything else. I will not be held liable for any and all costs that you may have after receiving this puppy. You are only buying my AKC rights to be able to breed and to show, absolutely no guarantees or warranties purchased as a breeder or a show dog by me, none is given or offered, no refunds or exchanges will be offered if they do not produce or produce defective babies or anything else that may arise out of breeding or showing. Full AKC registration simply means that one of our Corgi pups is being sold with full AKC breeding rights and that IF any puppies are produced, when he/she is mated to another full AKC registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi, are eligible for AKC registration. Full registration also means that you may compete in conformation classes, or you may wish to have full registration as a breeder. We have the right to refuse the sale as a breeder or as a show dog.
Our breeders are tested for DM, VWD, EIC, VWD, PRA (Length is not a health issue so it’s at my choice to test my breeders for this). Breeders results are either thru parentage or actual testing them. Our babies should be Clears or Carriers according to parents testing for DM. I do not re test the babies. If you are looking for an all clear for DM, I will refer you to my litters that both parents are DM Clears. I will not pay to re test the babies at your request or even if you offer to pay for the tests. Once you have your baby you may re test, we use GenSol or PawPrints. I, Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC will not be held liable or responsible for the outcome of your test and there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES if you do not like the results. I will tell you the parents testing results but I, Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC am not responsible if the lab provides us incorrect results of our breeders. I, Diann Kocher/Kocher’s Precious Puppies Kennels/KPPK LLC, will decide which babies will be sold with FULL REGISTRATION ONLY.
TRANSFERRING AKC PAPERS:
The written date of transfer of the AKC will be when the puppy leaves us. You have up to a year to process your papers with AKC from the date I put on the papers without late fees being applied by AKC. Please call AKC to see how much late fees are if you go over the one year mark. The one year mark is the date when I have transfer the puppy to you not the paperwork. Your name will be written on the AKC paper. Even if you are married, I am only allowing the sale and the ownership to be as one person. If you want to have two, that is between you and AKC but between us it’s only ONE person. This puppy can ONLY be solely purchased for you and only you no one else. When we are audited by AKC they will ask who we sold this puppy to. Your name must match up with the AKC records. I keep all copies.
If I chose to paper the puppy at my own discretion before leaving that will be my choice and my expense. If you wish to repaper them with a different name of the actual puppy you may do so. You will have up to 30 days to change it free with AKC as long as AKC allows it to be free. If not you will pay for it yourself to have it changed at your own expense. My Kennel name KPPK IS NOT ALLOWED to be part of your name on your puppy. This is my name and I take pride in it but it is NOT ALLOWED by you to put my name on your puppy.
DNA WITH AKC:
I will be sending in the DNA to AKC to be on record. Once I have the profile number I will provide it to you. This is a record showing this corgi is on record with AKC for their DNA with any offspring it may produce. This is my way to track any offspring that is approved and not approved. PETS are NOT APPROVED to be MATED. Breeders are ONLY to be MATED to another PUREBRED PAPERED PEMBROKE, NOTHING ELSE AND CAN NOT BE A NON PAPER PEMBROKE EVEN IF ITS A PUREBRED. MY RULES.
DNA outside testing labs:
AKC does not recognize these testing labs. Since I go by AKC neither do I. When I state DNA that is the DNA sent into AKC to recognize the parents NOT which percentage of the dog is. I do not believe in them. When I am purchasing my own new lines I myself is relying on the breeder to be truthful. We trust that breeder so if they ever lie or was lied to them by their breeder, we will never know.
